The Windows app just allows one to monitor the doorbell once it is setup. I do not understand why these functions are missing in the Windows app. The app should function exactly the same as the iPhone etc. How is one supposed setup the device if you don't have a smart phone? I have 2 ring door bells different locations and 3 Stick Up Cams 1 first generation, the other 2 latest generation. I can looks live and look at history of video captures by devices. All that seems to work fine. I cannot zoom the video images. It works ok for the legacy devices but does not seem to support the ring alarm system at all. Tip: If on preview builds and loads to white screen a hard RESET seems to be the only thing that will allow app to install correctly and function again. Also, call support.
